Tuttodì Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Tuttodì is a daily notes app developed by Davide Agostini. This policy explains which data the app uses and where it goes.
In short
Your notes stay on your phone. The developer does not collect, receive or see any of your data. There are no accounts, ads, usage analytics, tracking or AI.
Data you save in the app
The text of your notes, your photos and your audio recordings are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. They are never sent to the developer or to anyone else. Android's automatic backup is turned off: your notes are not included in your Google account backup.
When the app uses the internet
The app connects to the internet in only two cases, and only for content you added:
- Link titles. When you paste or share a link, the app downloads that link's page to read its title. The request goes directly to the linked website, which receives your device's IP address, as with any visit.
- X post previews. When a line contains only a link to an X (Twitter) post, the app
requests the post's data from X's public services (
publish.twitter.com,cdn.syndication.twimg.com) and downloads its images. X receives the post's address and your device's IP address. X handles this data under its own policy: https://x.com/privacy
Titles and previews are stored on your device so they don't need to be downloaded again. No other information (note text, photos, audio) is ever sent.
Permissions
- Microphone: to record voice notes, only when you start a recording. Audio stays on your device.
- Notifications: to show that a recording is in progress.
- Internet: only for the two cases described above.
The app does not access your location, contacts, calendar or other apps. You pick photos with the system picker: the app only sees the ones you choose.
Export and backup
You can export all your notes to a .zip file or turn on a weekly backup to a folder you
choose. The file goes where you decide. If you choose a folder synced by a cloud service
(for example Google Drive or Dropbox), that app uploads the file under its own privacy
policy.
Retention and deletion
Data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete a note in the app, or delete everything by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings. Backup files you saved outside the app stay where you put them.
Children
The app is not specifically aimed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
