Tuttodì Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Tuttodì Android app.

Tuttodì is a daily notes app designed to stay on your device. These terms describe the app's current behaviour.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are using Tuttodì on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. No account

Tuttodì has no account, no sign-in and no cloud. What you write stays on your device. There is nothing to register and no profile to manage.

You are responsible for the content you enter and for any backups you save outside the app. Tuttodì is not a storage service: do not rely on it as your only copy of important information.

5. Third-party services

The app goes online in only two cases, and only for content you added yourself: to read a link's title and to load an X post preview. In those cases the policies of the respective sites apply. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Tuttodì app, branding and related materials are owned by Davide Simone Agostini, except for third-party libraries, frameworks and content, which belong to their respective owners.

7. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuttodì is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davide Simone Agostini will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Tuttodì.

Where the law does not allow certain limitations, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice if required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding its conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
